My path as a coach has been an emerging one. I was a late bloomer, let’s just say. After graduating from McGill University in Industrial Relations and working within the field of labour relations for five years I decided to pursue my M.Sc. in Management at Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Montreal. Upon graduating, I noticed how coaching as a profession was making it’s way to the heart of the organization’s performance: the individual. Understanding that coaching offered me the perfect space to make the difference I was eager to make on the organizational scene, I decided to pursue the study of both life and business coaching at Institut de Programmation Neurolinguistigue du Québec. Over my 12 years as an active business and life coach in Montreal and Taipei, the topic of women in the workforce has drawn me. I have been witness to the countless challenges women are faced with today in order to achieve their goals and fulfill their potential. Whether reentering the workforce following a maternity leave, transitioning careers, or building their leadership, I offer a safe and secure space for women to grow.
The coaching I propose is tailored to the uniqueness of their realities, sensitive to their respective issues. I believe in the resilience of women, I believe in their capacity to thrive. That is why I am here.
